Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques; these include active and passive stretching, myofascial release, passive range of motion, deep tissue, deep friction, cupping and trigger point release.

Sports Massage

This treatment is provided after the client's initial visit. We will revisit the client's goals and mobility limitations. Techniques may be altered or repeated from the first visit according to each client's results.

Designed to reduce pain and improve flexibility, your body will feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.

Sports Massage Follow Up

Discounted rate for those who want to make massage part of their recovery or maintenance routine. A signed program agreement is required. After six visits, the client is rewarded a subscriber rate as long as the client comes in within thirty days. If the client's visit is outside of the thirty days, the client agrees to pay the "Follow Up" Treatment price.

Clients looking for a relaxing, yet detail oriented treatment will benefit greatly; 75 and 90 minutes are recommended for full body. 

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. Primary techniques used are Deep Swedish and Cupping. Amount of pressure applied varies from person to person. 

Deep Tissue Massage

This treatment is provided after the client's initial visit. Any concerns from the initial visit will be addressed, as well as a check in on preferred techniques. Primary goal is relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage - Subscriber Visit

Treatment specifically designed for those with chronic and/or acute stress in mind. Techniques include calming the central nervous system, meditative music and soothing, slow deep Swedish massage to integrate full mind and body relaxation.

Stress Melt Massage

This service is designed to assist the active mother or mother-to-be to continue to move comfortably throughout her pregnancy. We want you to feel empowered to trust your body's process. Prenatal massage can alleviate pain and discomfort, and help build mindful awareness in the fantastic changes you will be experiencing.
