This treatment is provided after the client's initial visit. We will revisit the client's goals and mobility limitations. Techniques may be altered or repeated from the first visit according to each client's results.

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques; these include active and passive stretching, myofascial release, passive range of motion, deep tissue, deep friction, cupping and trigger point release. Designed to reduce pain and improve flexibility, your body will feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.
